You will engage athletes, share product knowledge, and support onboarding of team members while maintaining merchandising standards and safety policies. The role emphasizes customer-focused service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product information and recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engages customers where and when they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets and price changes.
• Promotes customer participation in programs and services.
• Maintains a welcoming, respectful store environment and adheres to safety and SOPs.
