• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans and lead store operations with a coachable, collaborative approach.
• Communicate goals, optimize schedules, and manage workload to meet payroll and financial targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, conduct coaching, reviews, and ensure policy compliance.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
