Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of products and gear in sporting goods is a plus
• Willingness to learn and assist customers confidently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and athletes, understand needs, and deliver helpful product knowledge and service
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit card enrollment)
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOP policies, including relevant regulations
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as needed
