Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and understand their needs to support their shopping experience with helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory display.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs in line with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe and respected.
• Support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
