Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Advisor to deliver a high-touch athlete experience by guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise.

You will greet teammates and athletes, provide helpful product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards, and promote programs like loyalty and warranty enrollment. This role supports the team across the store and helps create an inclusive environment from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of products.
• Ability to follow safety policies and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and proactively support their shopping experience with helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and follow floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and enrollment in private label credit cards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures, including applicable external guidelines and ATF-related policies.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
