Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs while delivering helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation and warranty/credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and store policies, including external guidelines where applicable.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform additional tasks as assigned.
