Responsibilities

• Assist in planning all DSG-led events, including cost planning, ROI analysis, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Become an expert on event space configurations and capacities to optimize setup.
• Work with Community & Events Manager to keep events within budget and identify cost savings.
• Create Run of Show, Event Recaps, Emergency Information card and Rental Agreements.
• Oversee the event experience and guide athletes to participate safely.
• Leads and monitors reservations scheduling tool.
• Coordinate event entertainment and maintain venue/exhibit equipment.
