Responsibilities

• Assist in planning all DSG-led events, including cost planning and staffing.
• Become an expert on event space capabilities and configurations.
• Ensure events are within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Create Run of Show, Event Recaps, and Rental Agreements documentation.
• Oversee event experience and guide athletes to participate safely.
• Lead reservations scheduling and coordinate field/event needs.
• Coordinate entertainment and maintain equipment for store events.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance for event spaces.
• Mentor teammates and train on company procedures.
