Job summary

Range USA is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee firearm transaction compliance across multiple stores. You will audit 4473 forms, verify proper labeling and recordkeeping, and coach staff to uphold ATF standards.

This field-based role requires regular travel within the assigned territory, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate regulations into practical training, procedures, and reports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required.

Responsibilities

• Audits all 4473 forms for accuracy and completeness in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
• Verifies frames and receivers are properly identified with warning labels.
• Conducts quarterly Asset Protection cash on hand counts and submits results to the appropriate team.
• Completes quarterly NFA audits across all assigned stores.
• Ensures error correction sheets are acted upon promptly and all forms are properly archived.
• Trains, coaches, and guides store employees to meet 4473 and ATF compliance standards.
• Leads monthly recap calls with each store to review audit results.
• Works with District Leaders to ensure policy consistency across stores.
