Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst I to support Compliance, Customer Service, Legal, and Sales, ensuring strict adherence to Federal Firearms regulations at the SIG Experience Center.

The role emphasizes accuracy of ATF forms, Oracle updates, and collaboration with the SEC Compliance team, Legal, and Warehouse staff. The position requires 3+ years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining high quality and safety

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and systems-management expertise.
• Ability to document, organize, and revise information.
• Experience creating analyses from datasets using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of ATF Form 4473s on-site and audit storage.
• Review corrections to ATF 4473s and provide information for ATF Traces.
• Assist with ATF eForms and NFA form submission requirements.
• Maintain CoreStore Bound Book consistency between physical and digital records.
• Manage and submit NFA forms (3,4) and coordinate with Silencer Shop.
• Ensure compliant storage and disposition of NFA items.
• Update FFL records in Oracle and Agile, support monthly inventory.
• Provide training to Sales on trending issues and process changes.
