Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced ATE Test Engineer to design, implement, and optimize test solutions for phased array antennas and ground terminals in the Amazon Leo project. You will work cross‑functionally to bring test methodologies from silicon bring‑up to high‑volume production, covering digital, RF, and high‑speed interfaces.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in ATE test engineering, preferably in high-volume manufacturing of communication/modem processors or consumer SoCs.
• Experience developing and debugging test programs on Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or Advantest platforms.
• Experience with digital, high-speed I/O, and RF ATE test.
• Experience with ATE hardware design and verification (load board, socket, probe card).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• International travel required during release-to-production phases.

Responsabilités

• Design, review, and verify ATE hardware (load board, socket, probe card) for signal/power integrity including high-speed RF interfaces.
• Implement and optimize test programs on Teradyne/Advantest platforms and integrate into high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop RF, mixed-signal, and high-speed interface test routines for high-volume production.
• Implement on-chip calibration techniques for analog/mixed-signal circuits across PVT corners.
• Collaborate with DFT teams to define test insertion strategy and optimize coverage.
• Drive test program release to production and ensure readiness, quality, and yield targets.
• Optimize test time, yield, and repeatability across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Support RMA/field-return debug using test data to root-cause issues.
