Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is hiring an ATE Test Engineer to design, implement, and optimize test solutions for phased array antennas and related silicon and ground-terminal products. You will work across mm-wave SoCs, high-speed I/O, and RF test within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team.

You will contribute to calibration, pattern testing, and production readiness, traveling internationally during releases, while delivering robust test methodologies for high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ATE test engineering, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience developing and debugging test programs on Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or Advantest platforms.
• Experience with digital, high-speed I/O, and RF ATE test.
• Experience with ATE hardware design and verification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• International travel required during release-to-production phases.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and verify ATE hardware for signal and power integrity.
• Implement and optimize test programs on Teradyne/Advantest platforms.
• Develop RF, mixed-signal, and high-speed test routines for high-volume manufacturing.
• Implement on-chip calibration techniques and validate calibration across PVT corners.
• Partner with DFT teams to define test insertion strategy and coverage.
• Release test programs to production and ensure yield targets.
• Optimize test time, yield, and repeatability across process variations.
• Support RMA and field-return debug using test data to diagnose issues.
