Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Lead Integration & Test Technician to guide a team through daily tasks and complex testing of Kuiper phased array antennas. You will troubleshoot, ensure high quality, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver final production hardware on time.

The role requires hands-on experience in electrical hardware assembly and testing, plus ability to read drawings and use precision tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation.
• Experience leading technicians in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Integration & Test Technicians by planning, assigning and executing daily tasks.
• Perform functional and environmental testing, repair and troubleshooting of Kuiper antennas and assemblies.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards for product and personnel.
• Produce daily reports on integration phased array antenna builds.
• Use precision measuring tools and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, design and test engineers to develop and complete activities.
