Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior ATE Security Software Engineer to lead secure provisioning and test software development for the Leo network. You will own device security, key provisioning, and test automation on Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms, while building reusable libraries and tools for the test team.

You will collaborate with ASIC design, DFT, security, and firmware teams to ensure security, testability, and manufacturability at scale, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in silicon test, security engineering, or test software development.
Experience with device security and secure provisioning during test, including OTP/eFuse programming.
Strong fundamentals of encryption, cryptographic keys, and secure communications.

Responsibilities

Own device security and secure provisioning during test, including secure boot and cryptographic provisioning.
Develop and qualify OTP/eFuse programming flows across process/voltage/temperature.
Integrate ATE flows with secure provisioning systems and key management.
Develop reusable ATE libraries and tooling to accelerate test development across the team.
Architect reusable libraries and frameworks with modular design, version control, and testing.
