Job summary

SAIC's Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the New York ARTCC (ZNY), Ronkonkoma, NY, invites a Part-time Air Traffic Control Instructor-II to deliver hands-on classroom and simulation training to developmental controllers and CPCs.

The role requires five years FAA CPC experience, US citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust, and the ability to obtain Instructor-II Certification. Mentoring, curriculum design, and FAA collaboration are key duties.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum five (5) years of FAA CPC experience.
• Experience at NY ARTCC (ZNY) type/level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and/or simulation laboratory training.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO).
• Contribute to curriculum design and development.
