Job summary

InDev CTS Training Solutions is seeking an Air Traffic Control Instructor to join our team in delivering high-quality classroom and simulation-based training for FAA air traffic control candidates. The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules and emphasizes mentoring students through complex scenarios to build proficiency.

Ideal candidates have five years of CPC experience, familiarity with ATC simulators and curriculum design, and the ability to work with FAA facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of FAA CPC live-traffic experience.
• Experience as contract instructor at an FAA facility preferred.
• Strong technical skills with ATC automation and simulation systems.
• Ability to obtain radar/non-radar simulation lab certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulation-based training to students.
• Mentor students and RPOs; assist curriculum development.
• Collaborate with FAA facilities to ensure training needs are met.
