Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is launching Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin, offering a luxury hospitality experience. We’re seeking a Public Area Attendant to uphold cleanliness and guest comfort across public spaces, pool, and fitness areas.

This entry-level role emphasizes initiative, reliability, and the ability to stand and move for long periods. Training and certification sign-off are required, with full-time hours and growth opportunities within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring initiative and self-motivation.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Completion of training and certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in providing the highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel.
• Restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.
• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Maintain the lobby by cleaning the registration desk, vacuuming, and removing fingerprints from glass doors.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, removing trash, cleaning tables and glass doors, checking spa water, and testing bromine levels.
• Clean and organize the exercise room by wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors, removing trash, and vacuuming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
