Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Texas to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance.

You will drive guest-related metrics and engagement, mentor your team, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and deliver legendary guest experiences every night in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
