Preferably 3 years in restaurant management, with a solid grasp of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Salary ranges reflect the documented pay scale and location.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is performing at a high level.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
