Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring top performance and exceptional guest experiences.

You will monitor guest-related metrics and engagement, with an emphasis on training and developing your team to deliver legendary service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to train and develop staff and direct others.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants and work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
