Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
