Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive top performance and guest engagement, ensuring a consistent, high‑energy dining experience.

We value leadership, hands-on coaching, and a passion for developing your team while upholding safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• You will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• You’ll focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
