Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll drive top-tier performance and guest engagement to deliver legendary experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
