Buffalo Wild Wings in Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop the management team, and drive guest experiences. You will manage performance, engagement and training initiatives while guiding community engagement and fundraising efforts.

The role requires oversight of labor compliance, safety, quality, and smooth daily operations to maintain the brand’s high standards. Passion for training and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Oversee all community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure restaurant is at the top of its game with strong operational standards.
