You will direct staff in the absence of the lead, manage product displays, safety compliance, and accurate merchandising. This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead and train deli team to meet department goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Direct department personnel in the absence of the deli team lead and meet department goals.
• Oversee the preparation and serving/merchandising of deli items.
• Display deli merchandise following guidelines.
• Rotate deli items to ensure quality and shrink control.
• Monitor pricing and signage accuracy.
• Maintain clean counters, prep areas, and storage.
• Operate safely around slicers and ovens.
• Take customer orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
