Job summary

The American Clean Power Association (ACP) is seeking a Manager, Member Strategy and Operations to lead data-driven member engagement, forecasting, and revenue growth. Working with the Member Relations, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams, you will build dashboards, maintain CRM data quality, and translate insights into recommendations that strengthen member value and ACP’s revenue base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting CRM platforms, marketing automation, membership operations, customer success operations, or business systems.
• Salesforce or comparable CRM experience required.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into dashboards and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Collaborative and adaptable across cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Nimble preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member engagement data to identify trends and opportunities that improve retention and revenue growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform renewals, engagement, and revenue forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools tracking membership health and revenue trends.
• Maintain CRM data quality to ensure reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance to align reporting and forecasting assumptions.
• Support engagement campaigns and automated member journeys across lifecycle.
