Job summary

The US Composting Council (USCC) is seeking a detail-oriented Association Data Manager to oversee data governance, manage membership data, event metrics, and support strategic decision-making across departments. You will drive development of a flagship database, create dashboards (Power BI, Metabase), coordinate with staff, vendors, and leadership, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data management, business administration, information technology, or related field.
3–5 years of data management or BI experience in nonprofit/association settings preferred.
Experience with CRM/association management systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

Drive development of a flagship database capturing industry metrics and data through surveys.
Generate reports and dashboards to track membership trends and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with membership, marketing, and operations teams to segment data and analyze campaigns.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with data-protection regulations.
Provide training and support on data management best practices and reporting tools.
