City National Bank of Florida is seeking an Real Estate Banker Associate to support origination, underwriting, closing, and ongoing management of commercial real estate relationships with developers and investors.

You will assist in preparing materials, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with Credit, Legal, and Appraisal teams to move transactions through prescreen to post-closing, while developing new business and relationships.

Formación

• 2+ years of credit experience at a bank or financial institution including underwriting or analysis.
• 1+ years of commercial real estate credit/underwriting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze borrower, sponsor, and market data to assess repayment capacity and risk.
• Review rent rolls, operating statements, leases, appraisals, and due diligence documents.
