City National Bank of Florida seeks a Corporate Banker Associate to support growth in corporate banking relationships. You will work with executives, directors, and relationship managers to enhance revenue, credit quality, and client satisfaction, while building foundational skills across banking disciplines.

The role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, market development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver client solutions and drive portfolio growth.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in corporate/commercial banking or financial services
• Knowledge of CRE banking, lending, credit analysis, portfolio management and risk
• Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies and compliance
• Skilled in analyzing financial and credit information to assess creditworthiness
• Skilled in business development, relationship management, and networking

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed deposits, loans, and treasury metrics.
• Evaluate complex financial and credit information to assess creditworthiness.
• Expand relationships and solicit new business through referrals and outreach.
• Prepare relationship summaries, call plans, and internal coordination.
• Collaborate with Credit, Legal, Treasury Management and other stakeholders for loan approvals and closing.
• Prepare portfolio reports, exposure summaries, and management updates.
• Complete required credit, sales, risk, and compliance trainings and stay current.
