SouthState Bank is seeking an Association Banking Support Specialist to assist clients with account services, documentation, and timely responses. You will coordinate banking operations, provide product support, and facilitate communication between clients and relationship managers to ensure accurate service delivery.

In this role, you will handle Lockbox related tasks and collaborate with branches for effective problem resolution while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Formación

• Education: High school graduate.
• Experience: 1–2 years banking or cash management preferred.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Banking, customer service and operational knowledge necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate association banking operations and account processes.
• Assist clients with Lockbox orders and inquiries.
• Monitor association banking reporting and client communications for services.
• Resolve client issues and escalate to relationship managers as needed.
• Provide product customer service for property management companies and associations.
