Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a detail-oriented Associate Banker Support to coordinate Association Banking operations, assist with account openings and revisions, and prepare necessary paperwork for products and services.

You will handle client inquiries, monitor Lockbox-related reporting, resolve account issues such as fraud and stop payments, and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of general banking or cash management experience preferred.
• Banking, customer service and operational knowledge necessary.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Association Banking operations, including account opening and revisions, and prepare related documentation.
• Assist clients with Lockbox payment coupon orders as needed.
• Monitor Association Banking reporting and client communications related to Lockbox and ProPay services.
• Help clients with account issues such as fraud, stop payments, and exceptions.
• Support development, implementation, maintenance and training for Association Banking products.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
