Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate Voice Network Engineer in Indianapolis to design and develop our Finish Line Voice environment, integrating Gamma Cloud Solutions with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. The role covers installation, maintenance, and after-hours support for VoIP systems across home offices, stores, and remote sites.

The engineer will handle tier 1–3 troubleshooting, MACDs, and ongoing voice/video network upgrades, while supporting SIP trunks, IVR changes, and queue

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in a related field and 2–3 years' experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager or equivalent VOIP experience.
• Extensive knowledge of VoIP architecture, routing, QoS, and call signaling.
• Experience administering SIP trunks and contact center integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Finish Line Voice environment (Gamma Cloud Solutions and Cisco UCM).
• Assist in installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of VoIP systems.
• Perform tier I–III troubleshooting of voice and video networks; manage MACDs and changes.
• Provide backups and maintain hardware such as Polycom and Cisco IP phones; manage IVR/Queues.
