Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in VoIP and unified communications.
• Strong experience with VoIP and IP telephony.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support VoIP and Unified Communications solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).
• Manage call control platforms (Cisco CUCM, Webex Calling, Teams Voice).
• Configure voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunks, and PSTN connectivity.
• Monitor voice quality and performance (latency, jitter, MOS).
• Troubleshoot voice and network issues across LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Implement QoS and network policies for voice traffic.
