Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a strategic technology leader for Interoperability Engineering. You will define the long-term roadmap, target architecture, and enterprise platform strategy to enable scalable data exchange, APIs, automation, and reusable services.

You will drive modernization, establish governance, and promote AI-enabled engineering practices across the lifecycle, ensuring security, compliance, and rapid response to regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a healthcare interoperability leader with HL7/FHIR/X12 experience.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization in a matrixed organization.
