Job summary

11 Investments seeks an AVP for staffing agency GTM recruitment in Austin. This role focuses on candidate delivery with a commercial mindset to generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.

As part of the 11 Investments group including 3Search, you will build strong networks, run rigorous candidate processes, and lead negotiations while collaborating with team members to reach targets and promote the brand in the market.

Job description

AVP- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
