3Search is hiring a results-driven recruiter to support our US clients from a hybrid, Austin-based setup. You will leverage proactive search methods to source top talent and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing to offers, while engaging with industry events to expand our network.

Expect a competitive compensation package with an up to $85k base, plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, aligned with performance. A flexible hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Consistent performance in either a delivery or 360 recruitment role.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple roles at pace and maintain quality.

You Will Need:

• Consistent performance in either a delivery or 360 role
• Confidence in both internal and external stakeholder communication
• To be able to work at pace - you will be busy, with roles coming through very regularly
• A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning (coachable)
