11 Investments, a staffing group including 3Search, is expanding in Austin. We seek a Senior Recruiter focused on GTM roles, delivering high-quality candidates and strong client relationships in a hybrid environment.

You will lead candidate processes, generate leads, and help grow our US presence by networking at events and driving revenue. We value flexibility, well-being, and a collaborative culture across our brands.

Senior Recruiter - Staffing agency - GTM Recruitment - Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
