Job summary

Dallas College seeks a strategic leader to serve as Associate Vice Chancellor, Enterprise Strategic Enrollment and Digital Growth. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, business or related field.
• Eight or more years in higher education enrollment leadership with proven results.
• Experience using data, forecasting, analytics to drive strategy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a multi-year enterprise enrollment plan aligned with Dallas College priorities.
• Lead recruitment, admissions, records, financial aid, onboarding, and related enrollment functions.
• Forecast admissions and budgets; monitor progress and hold teams accountable.
• Govern governance over key metrics like yield, funnel progression, and CAC.
• Design multi-channel growth strategies across local, regional, national, online, and global markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Finance, Academic Affairs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee CRM modernization, marketing automation, AI-enabled personalization, and chatbots.
• Enhance onboarding to reduce attrition and improve first-year persistence.
