Job summary

Dallas College seeks a strategic, digitally fluent enrollment leader to serve as the Associate Vice Chancellor, Enterprise Strategic Enrollment and Digital Growth. This senior role will build an integrated enrollment enterprise spanning recruitment, admissions, financial aid, records, and onboarding, while modernizing systems and digital channels for a mobile-first student experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, business administration, public administration, educational leadership, or closely related field.
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in higher education enrollment or related student services leadership.
• Proven success in developing and implementing enrollment strategies and using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year and annual enrollment plans aligned with Dallas College priorities.
• Lead recruitment, admissions, records, financial aid, onboarding, and related enrollment functions.
• Forecast, model, and monitor enrollment goals and budgets; hold teams accountable.
• Oversee CRM modernization, marketing automation, AI-enabled personalization, and digital engagement strategies.
• Collaborate across divisions to align priorities and enable scalable enrollment growth.
