Alliant University in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Chief Enrollment Officer to lead enterprise‑wide enrollment strategy across recruitment, admissions, and enrollment operations. The role drives market insight, pricing, yield, and partnerships to support sustainable growth and academic quality.

You will collaborate with finance and academic leadership to forecast enrollment, optimize pipelines, and scale programs across modalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant executive experience in enrollment management.
• Experience leading multi-channel enrollment organizations or portfolios.
• Ability to develop and execute enrollment strategies using data.
• Strong business acumen with experience in enrollment forecasts, budgets, and ROI.
• Ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide enrollment strategy aligned with Alliant’s plan and growth priorities.
• Establish goals, strategies, and accountability measures across recruitment lifecycle.
• Strengthen enrollment pipelines and improve inquiry, application, and yield performance across programs and campuses.
• Evaluate new markets, partnerships, and recruitment channels based on demand and financial sustainability.
• Partner with Finance to develop enrollment forecasts, scenarios, and ROI measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive technology-enabled enrollment initiatives.
