Job summary

Accordance Search Group is helping a top Medical Device company recruit for a developmental, associate-level Medical Device Sales role. The position focuses on surgical case coverage, assisting with account conversions, and delivering in-service training across the Baltimore/DC/Northern VA region.

The base salary ranges from $67,000 to $75,000 with a 7% bonus in the Associate Role, and a favorable OTE of about $185,000 once promoted to full-line Territory Manager (anticipated in 18–24 months).

Qualifications

• Sales experience or interest in medical devices.
• Ability to engage healthcare professionals and support conversions.
• Willingness to cover surgical cases and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Surgical case coverage across assigned accounts.
• Assist with account conversions and onboarding of new customers.
• Provide in-service training to clinicians and staff on product usage and benefits.
