Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks an Associate Technical Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear requirements and support features from definition through delivery. You will work with product, program management, and supporting groups to ensure timely releases and meet customer expectations.

This client-facing role requires a solid technical background, Agile familiarity, and an understanding of traditional waterfall methodologies, with up to 25% travel.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role (internships and co-ops count).
• Exposure to software development teams and projects through work, internships, or coursework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to create clear written documentation.
• Self-driven, with a strong desire to learn.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in analyzing client business requirements and determine best approach with guidance from senior team members.
• Analyze and document well-defined requirements and translate client needs into product-specific or client-specific requirements.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation that clearly conveys changes and rationale.
• Use AI tools to draft, refine, and standardize requirements documentation and user stories; review AI-generated content for accuracy.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.
• Learn product value and support senior analysts in guiding client decisions.
• Build strong client-team relationships and become a trusted partner.
• Identify potential scope changes and discuss with lead BA or project manager.
• Support development team during build phase by answering questions and clarifying requirements.
• Review test cases and perform UAT to confirm solutions meet requirements.
• Research client questions on functionality using test systems, internal AI tooling, or SMEs.
• Learn Toshiba systems and develop into a system SME through training and hands-on use with SMEs and developers.
