You will translate client needs into clear requirements and support delivery, while growing expertise in product and retail solutions.

The role involves collaboration with product, program management, and technical teams, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role (internships and co-ops count).
• Exposure to software development teams and projects through work, internships, or coursework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to create clear written documentation.
• Self-driven, with a strong desire to learn.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client business requirements and determine best approach with guidance from seniors.
• Analyze and document well-defined requirements and translate needs into product-specific or client-specific requirements.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation conveying changes and reasons from client and product perspectives.
• Use approved AI tools to draft, refine, and standardize requirements documentation and user stories, review for accuracy.
