Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions - External is seeking a Principal Technical Business Analyst to lead senior analytical work for major retail client engagements from RTP, NC. You will facilitate executive workshops, define scope, and uncover the why behind client needs, becoming a trusted partner to clients and leading the analysis team.

You will mentor business analysts, craft requirements across Agile and waterfall contexts, and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables while guiding

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with software development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.

• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience creating product documentation.
• Self-driven with ownership of work.
• Retail POS domain knowledge.

Responsabilités
