Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) operates NYSE and a global markets platform. We seek a Senior Analyst, Operations Support to act as SME and escalation lead within Systems Operations, supporting live trading and market data in a 24x5/24x7 environment.

The role requires mentoring capabilities, project leadership, and a strong background in incident, problem, and change management across trading platforms. Expect shift rotation and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in production support or IT operations.
Subject-matter expert on multiple platforms used by the team (e.g., trading systems, ServiceNow, BigPanda, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with accountability to management.
Track record of owning critical deliverables with minimal oversight in a high-availability environment.
Experience mentoring team members and serving as a go-to technical resource.
Strong working knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices in production settings.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior escalation point for complex, high-impact client and platform issues across NYSE trading platforms and market data services.
Own high-severity production incidents end-to-end, driving restoration and post-incident reviews.
Lead root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions to closure.
Establish best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management within ServiceNow.
Lead large operational projects with concise status updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify systemic gaps and drive reliability improvements using monitoring data to inform priorities.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on multi-team resolutions.
