Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst to work with retail clients and project teams to define business requirements and use cases. You will translate client needs into clear requirements and support features from definition through delivery in a growth role.

You will collaborate with product, program management, and development teams to ensure timely releases that meet customer expectations, while gaining product, analysis, and retail expertise.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role (internships and co-ops count).
• Exposure to software development projects and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client business requirements to determine best approach.
• Translate client needs into product-specific or client-specific requirements with senior review.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation clearly describing changes and rationale.
• Use AI tools to draft and standardize requirements; review AI output for accuracy.
