Qualifications

• 12+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with software development teams and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytic and logical problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in creating product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements and ensure requirements are clear and aligned to value.
• Mentor and review the work of business analysts on your accounts.
• Manage the client backlog and scope conversations with the client.
• Support the development team during the build phase and review test cases.
• Utilize AI tools to draft and standardize requirements documentation and user stories while ensuring quality.
