Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support client environments and assist with implementations. The ASE configures systems and documents solutions for ongoing support, handling first-level technical issues and ticket tracking to improve resolution times.

The role focuses on reducing time to resolution, acting as a project resource for service tickets, and contributing to SOPs while maintaining billable time targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at an MSP/service desk for small to mid-size clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote fixes at the desktop level and configure systems per client requirements.
• Handle first-line troubleshooting for Mac OS and Windows environments.
• Maintain and update SOPs and client documentation.
• Track time and maintain 32 hours billable per week.
• Coordinate with Service Coordination for assignments.
