Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an on-site Mobile Tech Support Specialist in Winter Park, FL to assist participants during visits, help port phones to the required platform, and ensure apps and system settings are correctly configured.

You will pair Apple Watch devices with participant phones, verify connectivity and data synchronization, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide clear, patient guidance on device usage while maintaining strict data privacy and study protocols.

Responsibilities

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
