Job summary

Planet Pharma in Patchogue, NY is seeking an on-site technical support specialist to help participants during scheduled visits. You will port devices, configure Apple Watch pairing, and ensure apps and settings are correctly installed.

Responsibilities include verifying connectivity, troubleshooting mobile devices and wearables, guiding participants on device use, and documenting setup and issues while upholding data privacy and study protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research or healthcare technology environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting participant-facing or customer support roles is desirable.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
